PHYSICAL DISTANCING

In line with current COVIDSafe requirements Moartz is currently selling tickets up to our full capacity for all performances of Yes, Prime Minister. This means that there will not be physical distancing when seated, and you will have patrons sitting directly next to, in front of, and behind you.

On entry you will see lines marked on the ground in combination with staff who provide information about entrance procedure and social distancing.

We will allow entry into the theatre as soon as possible, placing patrons within the controlled allocated seating environment.

The intermission for each performance will be 25 minutes to ensure adequate time for audience members to use necessary facilities and avoid queuing in large numbers and lining up.

Signage will be in use throughout the venue, with mandated COVID-19 information including floor distancing, stay home if unwell notices and information on COVID-19 symptoms.

TICKETING AND ATTENDING THE VENUE

We encourage all our audience members to pre-book their tickets. Audience members are encouraged to book their tickets in groups with people you know and feel comfortable sitting with.

Please ensure when booking your tickets, you provide the name and contact number of each member of your party. At this time, we request that audience members avoid walk-ins, wherever possible, to minimise purchasing tickets at the door.

WEARING OF FACE MASKS

We request that all who attend Moartz performances carry with them a face mask at all times. Face masks are required to be worn at all times whilst on the premises.

RECORD KEEPING AND CONTACT TRACING

Upon arrival at the theatre, each audience member will be asked to check in on their phone with a unique QR Code in order to assist with accurate record keeping and contact tracing. This will include providing your name and phone number. The areas in which you were seated will also be recorded manually. This will assist in contact tracing should the need to do so arise.

All records will be retained for 28 days after the event and then destroyed unless there is another statutory requirement for retention of this information.

In the event that you are unable to use the QR code, our Front of House Staff will be available to assist you with this recording.

HYGIENE AND CLEANING

Hand sanitiser will be available at several points at the theatre. We encourage all visitors to engage in regular hand washing and use of the sanitiser provided.

We encourage you to observe cough etiquette and personal hygiene measures at all times while at the theatre.

Moartz will undertake pre and post event cleaning of communal facilities and high touch surfaces.

COVID MARSHALS ARE THERE TO HELP
