Life Membership

Our inaugural Life Member Graham Scott was inducted at our Annual General Meeting on 12 November, 2015.

MOARTZ INC. LIFE MEMBERSHIP

Criteria are as follows:

To be considered for life membership of MOARTZ INC., a candidate must show:

• Sustained and active involvement with Moartz Inc. for more than 10 years, showing dedication and leadership.

• The general attitude and overall demeanour of the nominee shows a dedication to the values of the organisation.

• The Nominee’s service should reflect favourably on, and have brought credit to the organisation.

• The nominee has shown a commitment to promoting the organisation.

• The Nominee will have demonstrated valued leadership and/or been an outstanding role model to members in general.

• In addition to having been an active member, the nomination must highlight the outstanding contribution the individual has made to the organisation. 

Benefits of Life Membership 

• The award will be announced at a special event of the organisation to be determined by the committee e.g. Annual General Meeting, Opening Night or Event Launch etc.
  

• The person awarded Life Membership will be exempt from any fees in relation to membership of the organisation but will be able to benefit from those associated with membership.

• Exemption from all costs associated with social functions organised by the organisation (this privilege is only extended to the Life Member - not their partner or other family members).
  

• Exemption from all ticket costs to events of the organisation e.g. Theatre Productions and Arts Exhibitions.

• Personal invitation to all events of the organisation.

• Listing on the Web site and other official documents.

• Status of being a member of a select group within the organisation.

• Ability to include award recognition on Curriculum Vitae.

• At the Award Presentation, the life Member will receive:

• Citation outlining their achievements and/or contribution to the organisation

• A gift as determined by the committee e.g. bottle of wine, bouquet of flowers or similar

• A framed certificate with recognition as “Life Member”

• Personalised “Moartz Life Member” badge to wear at Moartz related events in the future.
